Are we seeing only the tip of the iceberg?

Correct it has nothing to do with Frankfort. These were funds set aside to pay the pensions of old retirees and their widows before everyone got into the state pension plan.

He didn't steal it. I know it ticked off everyone when he did it, but the court did not find it was improper, although it wasn't done technically correctly. The fund was wayyyyy overfunded. In reality, they probably should have been required to pay a lot more to the state to buy in the officers that elected to go that route from that fund, but they didn't. No one lost a dime from the transfer of funds - it ultimately would have all rolled back to the city eventually anyway, once the last person eligible to draw died.

Focus on the real issues here guys. Fight to get the car money back, what is the delay with that? Focus on getting the word out on what is in the audit that the local media isn't reporting. Focus on working FOR a mayoral candidate and focus on getting the word out across the state to law enforcement brethren about what might happen if Jerry gets into state office.
