Rest in Peace. I hope that you are in a wonderful place befitting of someone that lived life, loved life and cared deeply.

Francene was a friend of the Police and FOP. She might not have agreed with us on all issues but she did support us and respected what we did. We will miss her deeply. My her soul rest in peace knowing she made a difference in the world.

We, as public servants, have lost a strong voice today. While often I didn't agree with her opinions, I knew she supported the community and the values that are so needed, yet so lacking, in todays society. She has been one of the few voices to challenge the leadership of this city and hold them to task. May the angles protect her and may St. Michael allow her an escort of servants in blue.
