Appeared to be a good working relationship between J-town and LMPD, can anyone at the scene comment?

You want to know what triggered the situation? The continuous mentality to do nothing to these dirtbags by judges and prosecutors in Jefferson County courts. Yeah he spent a little time in prison, but time and time again when he was out of prison he was still getting in serious trouble. Time after time persistent felony offender status charges and felony probation violation charges were dismissed by the courts only to allow him to walk the streets. This was very close to a situation where innocent lives were lost because the courts refused to hold someone accountable for their criminal conduct.
