As for the late watch officer (been there done that) being in court tired, now he does not have to go on BS cases. Traffic cases can take care of themselves just as most misd cases can. Once again, if you are so inclined to follow up on every case or ticket you write go to court on your time or you can just look them up in courtnet on your mdt.
