Jefferson to end routine subpoenas of police officers

Each year, Metro Police Officers are charged more (takehome cars, insurance, ect.), taxed higher (48% of uniform check), and have aditional pay oppertunities reduced (court pay and overtime). When is enough enough? You should not make less each year than the privious in the same position.
