Controversy continues over city money given to developers of 4th Street Live

What a shocker this was. Just another way to take away from us.

I was wondering where does the money go that is seized? I seized 3700 dollars from a cocaine bust i made at a place where i was working off duty and a few smaller bust since then. After i turned the money and evidence in to the property room i get a receipt and it is never seen again. Where is the money suppose to go?
