Controversy continues over city money given to developers of 4th Street Live

There are 1300 LMPD officers, right? There is no excuse for a substantial contingent not to be present at every Kentucky and Southern Indiana funeral - NONE.

When are you all going to get Willis Coy on your memorial - the one in the lobby and the one on the obelisk in the park - by the way? He was added to the national and state memorials a couple of years ago, but I don't see him added to the local memorials yet. (Have no idea who is in charge of either.)
