Controversy continues over city money given to developers of 4th Street Live

I'm not the original poster and I don't know which ones he or she is refering to but I can tell you that it used to happen some back when Crystal T's was at 34th and Jefferson and when La Q T's was at 16th and Broadway. Usually on weekend nights in the summer but it wasn't every weekend but it happened quite a few times. Large crowds would develope, maybe 100 people, and block the roadway. But this was back in the early and mid 90's, I couldn't tell if it still goes on today, I don't work those hours anymore. But if you rolled up on it or happened to be the 1st one there you might as well been all alone.
