Controversy continues over city money given to developers of 4th Street Live

You know, responses like this just breed contempt for your department. I never said I was BETTER, I was trying to point out that this problem isn't Kentucky, it is Jefferson County - which many JC officers seem not to realize.

In MY jurisdiction, they wouldn't dream of summoning me for court unless there is good reason for it, my citation makes my PC. And actually, I'm in court twice a week, as a rule, because my system has a process that gives us court days. If I need to continue, I clock and drop the request so I know it gets into the file. (And if you are in court that much, you could easily do the same.)
