Investigation finds Gross Mismanagement in city government

I call B.S to your statement of the governing of trucks. I'm a State Trooper, and while I will admit that most truckers on my stretch of interstate don't normally go above the 65 MPH limit, I have had trucks running at up to 75 MPH or better. Most of the truckers out there do try to obey the speed limits, but your comment of 60-64 MPH isn't accurate.
