3 Judge Panel Lifts Injunction Against City

Not a spokesperson, we need a PR person. I keep hearing people talk about the "free" cars - they are only seeing one side of the story. We keep a PR campaign, and they don't use that word without thought, this is a campaign.

And also, guys, this isn't a "loss" in the courts, nothing has been heard on the merits as yet. The CA simply said that an injunction wasn't the proper remedy. It really isn't a big deal. But we ALL need to appear at the Labor hearing, at least, as many as can squeeze in, and the rest all standing around outside. Don't wear your uniform, or take your car, but maybe tee-shirts that clearly indicate who we are? Something with the FOP logo? And if we lose with the Labor Cabinet, that isn't the end of it, we can fight that in the courts. This needs to be an issue as long as JA is Mayor.

Keep doing the job, make sure you stop, turn in the overtime (and keep track when it is refused) - and we'll get to do round 2 in front of the Labor Cabinet on unpaid wages. Can't require us to work (off-duty) and then refuse to pay.
