No, I dont know that. Because I know this city well, I also get asked constantly for directions. Because it is instilled in me as a kid to give when possible, I also help out with stranded motorists, or anyone else that needs help and is within my power to assist. It is an inconvenience many times, but that is a price that comes with being human to me.

As to the payment of the 160, in spite of all the anomolies you listed, the 160 would still be a bargain. If you dont like it, dont pay it, but there is still not reason to complain about it as opposed to the alternative.
