3 Judge Panel Lifts Injunction Against City

This whole thing makes me sick to my stomach. I like where I am right now but in general I am no where near as proud as I once was to wear a uniform when I first got hired. This has nothing to do with old City/County..it has to do with feeling support from above. I hope this is as low as it is going to get because I am not sure how bad anything lower would be. I guess we could start paying rent to wear the badges they gave us. I dont know about anyone else but when I got hired a take home car was part of the perks. I cannot remember anyone ever telling me that the take home car was a priveledge. Now all of a sudden it is. Funny also how the take home car program no longer exists on any literature we have for trying to draw new hires. You think all our Brothers and Sisters from Detroit were told that driving a car home was not an expected right??? I am sure that was all part of the package offered to them to get them to LMPD. I am finished for now...I am afraid if I continue rambling I will type something I may regret. Good luck to us all as we continue this fight.
