City employees questioning mayor's priorities

You are exactly right, we have no helicopter. The mayor in his infinite wisdom sold it. As far as the use of another agencies helicopter, that is only in extreme cases and would take way too much time to acquire. That is contrary to what others in city hall might say, but is true.
