City employees questioning mayor's priorities

I don't even know why we (the unions) are even agreeing to hiring a consultant to look at the current budget deficit since we now know about the $63 million rainy day account. We should save our money and ALL of us should stand up against the mayor and not offer any concessions. If we all stand together we will win. We have him worried now so lets not back down or give in!! He has broke it off in all of us for years now and it is time we break it off in him.
