City employees questioning mayor's priorities

Ohh.. and don't forget the SURPLUS of NEW-UNUSED Louisville police cruisers I have heard that are sitting in a lot in INDIANA, which I have heard may number close to 400 ( not sure if the count is accurate ) but was told these cars sit there, mice chew on wires, tires go flat, and when they have to go into service, they don't run correctly, and they are BRAND NEW.. sitting idle..in INDIANA, how much lot rent does that run the city ?
