City employees questioning mayor's priorities |
RE: City employees questioning mayor's priorities
Some people are just to stupid to come in out of the rain.

Sure, but they are going to have to cough up the firefighter money one of these days, and that will pretty much take all that cash. You know, in most cases, you are expected to pay off the judgment within ten days, so when are they going to write the check?

Rainy Day Fund equals........65 MILLION sounds like enough to cover the storm that is upon us. The mayor said he needs to keep it to pay off the fire dept in their court battle. Sounds more like he wants to keep it to keep his bond rating up so he can improve the life of our citizens in this fine city.
Anyone else hear that the C.F.O. jane driscal resigned or retired today? Maybe the rats are leaving the ship before it sinks, or is it she is ashamed that she made a budget for a second year that there was no way anyone can meet?
