City employees questioning mayor's priorities

Everyone knows this about PSU, it is not a new concept. This is usually the place that they put Sgt.'s that cannot get along with others, can't deal with stress and have never done much in their career. However, there is always the exception to that rule and there are 2-3 there that are very good, but unfortunately overshadowed by the others that are sooo bad. Just hope the few good ones get any complaint that might come in on you. If they do its like winning the lottery, if not your screwed because the bad ones will try and find anything possible, not even related to the complaint to try and get you in trouble. Very sad......
