I read in the Courious Journal the the Department of Corrections made a mistake by giving the criminal-- jail custody credit for time served for medical/ mental reasons and has since looked at the issued due to Community Concerns.

A Circuit Court Judge in Warren County expressed concern that he could not tell a jury how much time a convicted criminal would serve in ky DOC at sentencing.

Probation Parole Officer's in Kentucky are expected to keep quite on concerns of Parolee's receiving early release, return to Parole after violating Parole, and questioning the DOC or Parole Board actions or face fear of reprisal. I have said too much......
