Exactly tough guy, I worked with Jimmy during the strip club incident, and it was a case of him leaving his beat long enough to find a 10-85 and did not tell his acting sergeant. He stood up and admitted it and took his punishment for making a mistake everyone no doubt has made. Way to show your being new and believing what two people say along with the news.

Let me try to flush out my head head here.

1. He did nothing wrong but was suspended for 29 days. He was also disciplined for visiting a strip club.

2. But since Jimmy was cleared of all the text charges, he didn't do it.

So are the investigations and conclusions right or wrong? You can't have it both ways. Maybe all of this double speak is why my head needs to be flushed. I feel like it's being flushed right now with all of talking circles.

Might I add that the screwup from the so called "being fired" had to do with calculations of his time on the Dept. because after attending the police academy he was called to active duty by his National Guard Unit. He spent 10 months in the desert protecting OUR rights. Like the other posting said, the letter requesting authorizaton to work off duty was put in and went through the chain of command. Truthfully, he should have sued the Dept for the screw up.

Nobody posting here really knows whats in the files... and worst part is nobody cares before they get on this posting running their trap. I'd like for every officer or every person for that matter that has not done something wrong in their lives to go ahead and post their names so we can applaude you.

Want to be somebody when you grow up? Work hard for it and it will happen!
