Everyone has things they dont want made public. I'm sure you are no different. They should have never been put in the same division in the first place. As for having respect for Major Harper, You're darn right I do. It's not worship to give someone the respect they are entitled to. It always amazes me how quick people are to crucify a higher ranking officer who earned their rank by working hard and busting the bad guys, especially when they are substandard officers themselves.

that is what I am saying. If the department offers a settlement, NOT TO TAKE IT. This would force everything into coming out. Maybe if the media wanted to do a story on this they would do a freedom of information request for all of the text off of commanders phones. These would be covered by the request. But if they did this they could possibly make the chief and mayor look bad for putting people in these possitions.

WHY DID THE FACTS NOT COME OUT IN THE INVESTIGATION THEN. IF IT IS SO EASY TO GET THE MESSAGES WHY WERE THEY NOT RETRIEVED DURING THE INVETIGATION. HMMMMM!!!!!!!!! DONT FORGET WHAT THE FACTS ARE IN THIS CASE.
