this is a great idea but it has one problem. If they can't get you for the 25or 30 an hour they will get someone from the JCSO or one of the small cities, let alone one of our own who will wait for you to step aside so they can grab the job at a lesser rate.

This won't happen until we tell the officers who schedule the work like Keeling that we are not going to work his $18-$20 an hour jobs anymore.
