The Police Tax

I like the idea, but most officers won't go for it because they have the option of getting whatever they want with the money right now. It would limit what they could get on the quartermaster system. I think it would be great as long as they kept the items needed in stock or easy to get. There are special units out there that need more than class A uniforms.
