The Police Tax

I'm not the person who has posted the profanity or insulted you, but I would like to say something to you and get something straight 1. I don't ask for any gratuity, the fact is that most business owners/managers who give them to us insist on us accepting them sometimes getting angry if we don't. 2. I often stop to offer assistance to motorists who have pulled off on shoulder of the road. 3. My police car stays parked when I'm not working saving YOU MONEY SINCE YOU PAY SO MUCH OF OUR/ MY SALARY. 4. As of this day I no longer work off duty so your world just got a little more dangerous. 5. And just because someone uses less than professional communication skills to state how they feel doesn't that when they are on the "clock" that they don't do their duty. 6. If want to judge us by the words in a comment that you've viewed on a unrestricted blog and the actions of a few then ask yourself a question do I live under the same amount of scrutiny that the people I'm passing judgement on do. 7. THIS IS OUR BUSINESS AND JUST BECAUSE YOU PAY TAXES DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO JUDGE ANYBODY, but you keep on believing what you want to it's a free country right? at least for now it is!
