How many times have you heard " I dont know what that LT. or Sgt. does because we never sim him or her, and whay we need so many "admin Lt's and admin Sgt's?
I hear we are stacked on runs holding and a CO says send whoever is available, not I will pick the run up to SEE what is going on.
