I beg to differ. In what respect is our ETU 20 years behind? Our ETU techs have attended more schools, both out of state and local, than most other "Big City" departments put together. Evidently, your experience with our ETU has not been very exspansive, or very positive. In any event, "most" of the evidence techs are very knowledgable and hard working. Hopefully, you will have a better experience next time you call them.
