Hell, guys, LMPD officers don't process ANY scenes - even when there are visible prints. I can understand when there are calls holding, but 9 a.m. on a Sunday morning?
And yes, other agencies regularly process scenes, and yes, they do make arrests based upon evidence found at the scene. It's only the large agencies that don't bother with it.
What types of calls warrant processing? This one involved stolen guns.
