I hope so - but it will only happen if you actualy start collecting evidence at the "minor" crime scenes - something that has never happened, under this chief or earlier chiefs.

There aren't enough experienced and well-trained officers capable of doing a property crimes investigation anymore. The few good and experienced Detectives are neck-deep in cases and most of the remainder are the crack-pipe police, house mice, retired on duty or retired except for their off-duty work.
