Would Be Fugitive Caught On Tape In Local Court Room

Yes, he has a problem with alcohol and made some bad decisions. But given that he was eventually aquitted of criminal charges in an unwise action he took off duty - and I'm sure that he wasn't the first guy who did what he did - well, I didn't hear too many concerns by his colleagues when he was booted out - and it sure didn't help that the FOP was so loudly supporting his father's opponent - and even had a huge sign for Aubrey at the entrance to the FOP. (And with Aubrey making all sorts of allegations that were later all proved to be totally unfounded - and who has hired all HIS cronies immediately upon taking offfice.)

Didn't hear anyone object when the city dragged his accuser into the Civil Service hearing kicking and screaming - she had RECANTED her allegations - and tried to force her to testify. They should have simply dismissed the case - but the FOP didn't support him, so he was pretty much out of luck in terms of fighting to get his job back. (And wasn't it amazing that while he was on desk duty pending the criminal trial that he created a program that is still in existence?)

Best I can recall, he served well in each of his assignments with LPD over his years of service.

And how many 21 year olds does Louisville hire every year?
