I disagree. I am all in favor of free speach, but the United States Supreme Court has upheld that some manners of speach are illegal, speach in such a manner as to appear threatening to the person it is delivered to that can be interpreted by the victim is designated as terrristic threatening in the state of KY.

Terroristic Threatening in the 3rd degree, a misdemeanor, says:

Except as provided in KRS 508.075 and 508.078, a person is guilty of terroristic threatening in the 3rd degree when:

A) He threatens to commit any crimelikely to result in death or serious physical injury to another person or likely to result in substantial propery damage to another person; or

B) He intentionally makes false statements for the purpose of causing evacuation of a building, place of assembly, or facility of public transportation.

Terroristic threatening is not protected free speach.

It is a federal crime to threaten to kill the president of the United States, according to a 1917 Statute.
