You would think people are paying attention to corruption city and the people running. Kids raped by the cops, Mayor, his deputy and Chief know all about it, cover it up. Mayor hired hand picked investigator, blamed investigation instead of pointing out who controlled it, cover it up. Guy tells mayor truth fire him and cover it up.
