Chief Steve Conrad shakes up Louisville police leadership, dismisses council's criticism

The whole case and aftermath was mishandled by the DEA and FBI. They should have had a plan to assume command of the airport unit. Instead they let it shut down. That airport unit is more important than anything else they're doing in Louisville.
