Chief Steve Conrad shakes up Louisville police leadership, dismisses council's criticism

The state legislature should change the law to allow for incorporation of new small cities and annexation of Metro territory by small cities. Metro is just a glorified county government not a real city government. They don't provide adequate police protection, EMS, roads, park maintenance, or anything else except syringes for dope addicts.
