Chief Steve Conrad shakes up Louisville police leadership, dismisses council's criticism

Sometimes pensions getting cut because of financial problems have enough money to grandfather certain benefits and others don't. The state legislature and Governor will decide because they will eventually have to kick in the missing money and change the law.
