It was funny 10 years ago. It stopped being funny when LMPD threw up the white flag several months ago. You keep posting funny pictures while other law enforcement cleans up the mess created by trying to police a heroin-binging city like Andy Griffith's Mayberry.

This area is rife with violent gangs being given their drugs by Mexican cartels. You don't see cartel hitmen activity like out west, but cartel people are here. The gangs they sell to are handling the violent parts of their business. The dissemination of information within the department and in-service training is lacking, but there's the news to help supplement the normally scheduled community circle-jerk in-service training.
