Louisville FOP overwhelmingly votes no confidence in LMPD and Chief Conrad

Well, in all fairness, Criminal 2X, who was a dope trafficker, and I believe his charges and the amounts he was dealing carried federal time, did his time. Funny though, we only see him in the bricks for opportune photo shoots in good weather and when he can hold a press conference and stand behind a grieving family. Conrad and Fisher have absolutely lost control of this city and where is the West end savior Criminal 2X during this huge uptic in crime? No where to be found, it's just not lucrative enough for him to show his face yet. I have seen Gerald Mohammed, Nation of Islam local leader, more then Criminal 2X.
