Louisville FOP overwhelmingly votes no confidence in LMPD and Chief Conrad

I really don't understand what all the fuss is on being on call when your on a specialty team.....you volunteer for that team and knew what was expected if selected. If you get called out you get overtime...and if you don't like being on call get off the team, but getting overtime or making a full time team just because you don't like the on call part again get off the team. I use to be on a specialty team and enjoyed the extra training and the OT when called out but we never cried about being on call because we volunteered for that team. And if off duty driving a police car take the collision report if you roll up on it (its part of the take home) don't call on the radio saying your off duty...your driving a police car so again your not off duty. And please don't drive your police car from Home depot with 2x4s hanging out the window now that's visible. With that being said THANK YOU FOR THE GUYS/GALS ON THE SPECIALTY TEAMS
