Retiring Bardstown Police Chief Rick McCubbin posts lengthy Facebook message on last day of the job

It's safe to say that Conrad and company are no longer as loved by the Mayor's key constituents as his predecessor was because of the crime surge. The activists are actually speaking out against crime more than police now. The good news is the police didn't do anything and the bad news is the people in think the police aren't doing anything. Conrad, or else the Mayor, should be looking at retirement too.
