Now he can take over at LMPD and the department can begin the long road back to restoring Louisville's safety back to what it used to be.

Another murder, another uninformed news report because the department doesn't want it turned into a big news story that will get the citizens and metro council upset. Their media strategy is much better than their anti-crime strategy. How's that "operation" going? Not so well by the looks of things.

Question for you guys? Why are LMPD officers so reluctant to charge resisting arrest, even with it is apparent the defendant resisted?
