LMPD officer accused of giving 'false' testimony is cleared by department, but not judge

I hate it when people use those words! Please stop using them. You can also include the word "clinically" in the cofers of words people say to pretend how smart they are.

***And why on Mother Earth would anybody ever need to use the word "utilize" instead of simply saying "use"?
