LMPD officer accused of giving 'false' testimony is cleared by department, but not judge

Officers need to understand that Court is no longer in search of the truth or justice. Instead, it has become a game of wits and bargains. Most police officers don't have degrees in law. Judges and attorneys know this. I have seen on numerous ocassions where officers are railroaded into petty disputes between people who have law degrees. Any officer attending court should go in with the mindset that they are just a pawn in a game of slick manuevering and back door deals. Don't be the one left hold the ball!!!

It's not like it comes as a surprise to anyone that the court system here is run by people who make up facts to suit their bleeding heart anti-police leftist political agendas. No other court system in the entire state is as weak on hardened felons as Jefferson County. Their primary function is to enrich the attorneys by keeping that revolving door turning. They are fooling nobody but themselves and the public who's never had a family member victimized by one of the criminals they wrongfully freed or probated.

Judges are such honest people...we are so blessed to have them in our Court System!
