When I go to court on a DUI's that's well over 5-6 years old ( I DONT GIVE A CRAP ) on what they do. I really hope that it gets dismissed or some deal. I have a case coming up that is a 2010 DUI case and since the original case he's been stopped 4 more times and ALL will be his first DUI. SO I DONT CARE. It would just be easer to take the DUI home, much less worries. And it's a shame that a VERY good officer got smeared in a mickey mouse court room over crap. So as I was saying Work out a deal in court or just dismiss the charge if possible. DUT MOST OF ALL WATCH OUT FOR OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN BLUE.( WE ALL GO HOME )
