Jeffersonville man wanted officer to jump-start stolen vehicle

They were in full force when they came down to Broadway and threw rocks at women with the kids. They only do that because they think the department is weak.

City wide there have been about 280 aggravated assaults in the last 3 months, which is a 7% increase over the same period last year.
