You are correct on all accounts of welfare being abused for years.
The democrats have used it to get votes since they figured out they can, with relative ease.
The Democratic President usually catches flack over this when Republicans lose what they want.
President Obama is no different than any other former President in that regard.
The difference is, YOU do not like it, so you want to cry racism.
It's the same ole song and dance in politics.
Get over yourself.

The notion that you are trying to imply is that no one has been critical of socialized welfare in the United States until Obama was elected into office. Therefore all criticism is thinly veiled racism.
A quick online search of "welfare, criticism" produced numerous responses. A large majority of which referenced the timeline in 1996 when then President Bill Clinton was signing the welfare reform act into law. So your overall point that conservatives have voiced no criticism of welfare and the large numbers of people depentant upon it as well as it's negative economic impact until a black man was elected into office is incorrect. The history of American welfare can be traced back to President Franklin Roosevet and his implementation of the "New Deal" between 1933 and 1936. A quick search of the words "new deal, critics" brought up a large list of people both democrats an republicans. Again, your argument that there has been no outrage or criticism of welfare before Obama's term is proven incorrect. Your world view that any criticism of President Obama or any of his policies has to be based on racism is naive. The argument that welfare and government handouts were used as rewards to benefit the democratic voter base has been made since it was implemented in the 30's. IT IS NOTHING NEW. I'm sure that none of this will not make any difference though since my criticism of you and President Obama has outed me as a card carrying member of the Ku Klux Klan. I just hope you read a little history before you post easily refuted claims.

How's that Obama vote looking now? I seem to remember him promising over and over that tax increases would not effect the middle class.....hhmmmm
On January 1, 2013, congress passed the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 preventing the US from going over the impending “fiscal cliff,” and the bill was signed into law the following day.
The legislation extended a number of tax provisions that had already expired. It did NOT include an extension of the 2 percent payroll tax cut of the Social Security (FICA) employee tax on the first $113,700 of wages. The employee-paid portion of the Social Security FICA tax increased on all wage earners from 4.2 percent to 6.2 beginning January 1st, 2013. Those who pay into this (most former sworn City do not) will notice a reduction in their take home pay for this reason
