Nobody cares about you, me, the victim, the witness or how high and low bonds are. The only thing that the Commonwealth is being instructed to care about is its money management; and saving as much money as possible. Corrections doesn't have enough money in the budget to house them. The court house doesn't have enough state funding to prosecute them. The Commonwealth wants to take more from your pension to fatten up the coffers that they originally stole from. It's all about the dollar.

Oh I almost forgot....... there is no money to give you a raise or backpay.
