4 in 10 LMPD cruiser crashes officer's fault

Unless you work for AAA or Rescue Rangers or some similiar company, I find it very hard to beleive that you are mandated to stop and assist anyone that needs help, to the best of your ability as a civilian in a company vehicle. Direct me to the policy because me thinks you are making **** up.
