I guess your point is Jefferson County is being carried by people who don't actually live in Jefferson County. I hate when people who lived in Jefferson County all their fricking lives, even most of their family still lives in Jefferson County, and now all of the sudden they move to another county and start to hate everything about Jefferson County. Jefferson County is signing your paycheck so now what?
