If it was 60% public at fault before the single vehicles are removed, what is it after? how does that change the miles driven per accident? what is the general accident rate for jefferson county for the average person per mile driven? please eric, investigate this so we citizens can be fully informed or are you going to let the state police lieutenant who put you in your place cloud your judgment and take it out on any officer just because?
