Louisville police run-in with lieutenant colonel leads to investigation, more training

The main abuse was not completing an incident report. The officers on the scene let their SGT take the fall on that issue. They all should have done the right thing and talked to the guy. Everyone on the scene should have realized the military implications fop the LTC when this was reported to Fort Knox and to the National Guard Bureau, his career will be over. To not follow up whith the Soldier's staus after his medical condition was validated was simply wrong. It seems everyone passed the buck including the top administration. I hope it is is not true that an arresting officer was bragging how he took down a fellow Guard Officer. What did he say to the LTC at the end of the incident? I will see you at Drill the weekend.
