Forcing someone to the ground and handcuffing him for 15 minutes isn't force? What "resistance" did they document? Ohhhh, wait, they DIDN'T document ....

Comprehend, then state an opposing view. I clearly said "they did not use force on this gentleman UNTIL he posed a resistance". You may notice the word UNTIL is capitalized. That is because it is a very important word in my statement.
